Currently, all orders for hair extensions and hair care products take 3-5 business day processing time. Black Friday and other promotional sales require 10-14 days for processing and and additional 3-5 days for shipping.

Production time for wig orders require about 10-14 business days from purchase date. Please note business days for Treasure Tresses are Monday-Friday 8:00am-6:00pm (excluding national holidays), all orders submitted after this time will be processed the following business day.

There will be an email confirmation sent once the order has been processed that will include tracking information. After the order has been shipped, please allow 2-3 business days for the order to be received.

An additional 3-5 business days is required for bundles longer than 28 inches as these items are rare and require more time to source.
Expedited service on wig orders are available for an upcharge of $50. After the fee for the expedited service is received, your order will be completed within 5 business days. Please allot for an additional 2-3 business days for order to be received. If the wig is not received on time due to an error of Treasure Tresses, the upcharge will be refunded.

Shipping is fulfilled with USPS/FedEx/UPS for most orders and ranges from 10-25 dollars in costs based on the weight of the product.

United States and Canada have a delivery time of 2-3 business days. While our packages are usally delivered on time, there are a few things that can delay delivery that are beyond our control. In an effort to avoid any shipping errors from us, please ensure that the address valid. We cannot however control certain elements that may delay shipping/delivery such as: the carrier's distribution network, customs inspections, or acts of nature.If the package is time-sensitive, be sure to leave a message stating the request.

FedEx cannot ship to a military address or P.O. Box. When shipping to a military address or P.O. Box address, packages are shipped via USPS and require a minimum of 15 business days to receive. It will be delivered to your mailbox and please pick it up in time to avoid missing it.

When choosing PayPal for payment, be sure to that the address is correct as the PayPal address will become your default address.

Treasure Tresses requires a signature release and insurance on all shipments. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages due to shipping. If the package is not recieved as predicted by parcel company or is delivered to the wrong address, please contact the corresponding parcel's company customer service phone number.

The order can be canceled anytime before it has been shipped. Please contact treasuretresses@schatzic.com to assist with an order cancellation. Due to short processing time for wefts, the window to cancel is short; 12 hours after order confirmation email. If the order is shipped prior to cancellation process, customer is responsible for return shipping cost and a $20 restock fee.

Our team is fully committed to providing a quality product, and your satisfaction is our top priority. Each bundle is examined by our licensed hair specialist to ensure that each item meets our high standards.

The pattern of the hair product may vary (especially for raw hair as it is not steamed for pattern unless otherwise stated).

If the pattern received is COMPLETELY different from the pattern displayed in the description, please email treasuretresses@schatzic.com ASAP, and do not alter the product in any fashion inlcuding but not limited to: brushing, combing, finger combed, stretched, shampooed, installed, bleached, colored, nor unraveled. An exchange nor refund will been considered on hair that has been altered in any form. No exceptions.

Within the first 14 days of receipt, please email customer care and one of our customer service representatives will assist with the issue. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Returns without Authorization are not allowed.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs (the shipping fee to send the shipping fee to return). It is recommended to get tracking and insurance on return package. After hair is received, a return may be issued after examination of hair.

For the wig and hair care products, a $20 restocking fee is applied.

Return & Refund Policy Unworn hair extensions in their original condition, along with all black hair ties/elastic(s) still attached and uncut, must be returned within 7 days of receipt of delivery. Altered extensions, extensions with broken hair ties, or extensions with cut or missing elastic(s) will not be accepted for return. You will receive a refund for the cost of the item(s) and any sales tax paid for the item(s), but not for any shipping costs or associated shipping taxes. To start a return or exchange, please email help@schatzic.com.com. Please be aware that a $15 restocking fee applies to all returns. We will not give refunds nor credits for: Returning hair extensions with unraveled or altered hair ties Returning used or altered hair extensions Returning final sale items

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal for secure payments and transactions.

When using credit card to order, the bank may want to authenticate the transaction therby declining it-- Please consult with the bank should the payment fail.

Note that all orders over $200 will require a credit authorization form to be submitted to avoid fradulent activity.
